Business Status

SME or Startup that has been operating for no more than 3 years and has registered capital less than 1 million THB

Product Readiness​

Must have a Working Prototype or product/service already in operation.​

Proven Operations

Has demonstrable revenue or customer base with documented evidence of actual business operations.​

FAQ - Hylife Innovation Excellence Awards 2025​

Q1: Who is eligible to apply?

A: Entrepreneurs or business owners who:

  • Have been operating for no more than 3 years​
  • Are SMEs or Startups with a working prototype​
  • Have verifiable revenue or customer base​
  • Have a clear plan for business expansion.​
  • Have registered capital less than 1 million THB

Q2: Can non-Thai nationals apply?

A: Yes, as long as they are legally eligible to operate a business in Thailand and can communicate effectively in English for presentations.

Q3: How many members are allowed per team?​

A: Apply as a team only, with a minimum of 3 to 5 people, with at least one representative required to pitch in the final round.​

Q4: Can we apply to more than one category?​

A: No. Each team may apply to only one category to ensure fair and focused evaluation by the judging panel

Q5: What documents are required for submission?​

A:

  • Business Plan (Pitch Deck) in both Thai and English​
  • Video Pitch (max 3 minutes) in English or with English subtitles
  • Product or service portfolio​
  • Proof of real business operation (revenue/customer base)
  • Any other supporting materials​

Q6: What is the 1 million THB investment opportunity?​

A: Winners from each category will be considered for investment by Hylife Group, with a maximum of 1,000,000 THB, subject to the company’s discretion and conditions.​

Q7: What happens if we can’t attend the final round?​

A:At least one team representative must be present for the final pitch. Absence may result in disqualification.​

Q8: Will the event be recorded or photographed?​

A:Yes, photos and videos will be taken for promotional purposes. By participating, you agree to the use of your image and materials in related media.​
